A Doula's Baby Registry Faves!

Updated: Feb 12

As a birth and postpartum doula, a question I oftentimes get asked is, "Do you have any suggestions for what I should put on my baby registry?" And my answer is always "yes!" Back in 2019, I actually created a list of my top ten products for moms and their newborns! If you haven’t had the chance to read it yet, you can here.

I am currently 22 weeks pregnant and I recently started creating my own baby registry! In doing so, I realized that I have a lot more I would include on that original list of my favorite products. Working as a postpartum doula throughout the last 2 years has enabled me the opportunity to get an inside-look into what products are truly helpful for parents throughout the day-to-day of life with an infant.

I also want to preface this post by saying: by no means am I saying that you need every single item on this list. No way! These are simply suggestions, and the things I have personally seen in action as a doula the last couple of years. More often than not, less is more when it comes to babies - and investing in support - like birth or postpartum doula services, chiropractic care, prenatal massage, nutrition through meal services, and nursing essentials - instead of materialistic items, can truly make your postpartum experience so much smoother.

For your convenience, I am including links to all of the products (full transparency: if you choose to purchase anything through these links, I will receive a small commission.) Happy Registering, moms and dads!

For Mom

Birth/Postpartum Doula Support - Of course, I had to include doula support at the top of this list! 😚 Here are some of the things that birth doulas can help with: emotional reinforcement and educational support during pregnancy, breathing techniques and soothing physical touch like counter-pressure and massage during labor, and informational and emotional support for the husbands and partners of the birthing woman. Studies have revealed that having a doula as a member of the birth team can decrease the overall cesarean rate by 50%, the length of labor by 25%, the use of oxytocin by 40%, and requests for an epidural by 60%. Postpartum doulas can assist new parents in the following ways: by providing informational support regarding infant feeding and baby care, offering physical support by cooking nutritious meals and cleaning around the home, and intermittently caring for baby while mom naps or showers. Postpartum doulas can also assess for lactation issues as well as postpartum mood disorders and refer moms to the appropriate specialists when necessary. If you need help finding a certified birth or postpartum doula, this website may help: DONA "Find a Doula" tool.

Prenatal Massage - Most pregnant mamas could use a relaxing prenatal massage at some point during her pregnancy. Massages during any trimester can help increase blood flow and circulation, reduce stress and anxiety, and relieve swollen joints and achy muscles. When purchasing a massage, just ensure that the massage therapist is licensed and is experienced working with pregnant mamas.

Frida Mom Postpartum Recovery Essentials Kit - This kit is exactly what it sounds like-everything a new mom needs for perennial healing after a vaginal birth-disposable underwear, instant ice maxi pads, perennial cooling pad liners with witch hazel, perennial healing foam, and a small storage caddy for the top of the toilet to make everything easily accessible.

Colace Stool Softener - You may be wondering why I included stool softener of all things as the second item on this list, and here's why: Oftentimes, after giving birth, moms can experience a bit of anxiety surrounding their first and subsequent bowel movements. It is quite common for moms to feel constipated due to hormonal changes, hemorrhoids, iron supplementation, or general discomfort due to having a vaginal birth or an episiotomy. Taking a gentle stool softener, staying hydrated, and eating fiber-rich foods can help make your first bowel movements easier. This particular brand is the #1 brand recommended by doctors.

Belly Band for Cesarean Recovery - I have never personally had a Cesarean Section before, however, I have had clients who have and SWEAR by wearing a belly band during the weeks following the surgery. The band helps with reducing swelling, supports the lower back by correcting posture, and assists core abdominal muscles by easing the uterus's transition to shrinking back to its pre-pregnancy size.

Meal Delivery Service - Setting up a meal train and sending the new parents a ready-made, nutritious meal can be a total sanity-saver during the early weeks of postpartum life. I personally recommend using this website to create a meal train: https://takethemameal.com

Baby Bag Lewis x Loeffler Randall - Having a reliable diaper bag is so handy during your baby's first year of life. This collaboration caught my eye because it was so thoughtfully curated with new parents in mind, think: lots of compartments, spacious, a zipper closure, and a matching wipeable changing mat. An added bonus: Lewis is giving 10% of each baby bag sale to the non-profit Nurse-Family Partnership.

Nursing and Feeding

The Breast Friend Nursing Pillow - If you are planning to breastfeed, a nursing pillow is a great tool to have on hand to make your baby's feeds as comfortable as possible. The Breast Friend is by far the most effective nursing pillow on the market, as it can be adjusted and clipped around mom's waist during feeds, provides amble back support, and allows for hands-free nursing sessions. (The color shown below is called "Midnight Poppy.")

Organic Reusable Nursing Pads for Breastfeeding - Why are nursing pads helpful? Nursing moms' breasts tend to leak from time to time. By inserting a nursing pad into a regular or nursing bra, they can absorb leaked breastmilk to prevent embarrassment and staining. Unlike disposable pads, these reusable pads can be thrown in the washing machine and utilized over and over again - reducing waste and saving you money in the long run.

Haakaa - This small, silicone breastfeeding tool is so highly rated for good reason: by securing the haakaa on the opposite breast that your baby is feeding on, it gently suctions on and collects any "letdown" milk that can later be stored in bottles or storage bag. It essentially acts as like a breastpump would - with very minimal effort on your part. Win-win!

Medela Quick Clean Microsteam Bags - If you are planning to bottle feed, these Microsteam bags by Medela make bottle sterilizing a total breeze. They remove 99.9% of the most common germs and can be used in the microwave up to 20 times each.

Medela Electric Breast Pump - The Medela Double Electric Breast Pump worked really well for me with my firstborn, I exclusively pumped for 7 months and it withstood all of my late-night pumping sessions and back and forth trips on the subway in New York City. This particular pump is great because it uses settings that mimic your baby's natural sucking rhythms and comes with a cooler bag and a battery back for pumping on the go. (Before buying a breast pump-always check with your insurance first to see if they will provide you with one for free!)

Hands-Free Breast Pump Bra - If you are planning on pumping breastmilk at any point during your postpartum journey, then you should plan on purchasing a pumping bra in order to not be tied down to holding the flanges the whole time. I personally used this particular pumping bra when I exclusively pumped for 7 months back in 2018, and it made the entire experience so much easier and enjoyable.

Medela Breast Milk Cooler Set - If you are an exclusively breastfeeding mama, then feel free to skip this one. But, if you are an exclusive or occasional bottle feeding mama, this small bring-with-you-everywhere cooler is a must for your adventures out of the house with your milk-loving little one. It fits easily in a diaper bag or stroller and dries quickly after a cleaning. I literally used this cooler set every single day for the first year of my son's life.

2-in-1 Nursing and Pumping Bra - A nursing bra is a must if you are planning to breastfeed! This 2-in-1 nursing and pumping bra is great because it has adjustable shoulder straps to ensure comfort, fits most conventional breast pump flanges, and has clasps that optimize privacy and allow for convenient feeding.

Lansinoh Therapearl Breast Therapy Pack - These small but mighty packs can provide relief for the most common breastfeeding challenges. Cold therapy is known to help with pain and swelling often caused by engorgement and heat therapy is known to encourage let-down and relieve mastitis as well as clogged ducts.

Glass Baby Bottles with Natural Response Nipple - I personally prefer glass baby bottles because they do not contain any harmful chemicals and are easier to clean than plastic bottles. The Natural Response Nipple enables the baby to control the pace of the milk flow, just like when breastfeeding.

Philips AVENT Pacifier - This pacifier was very well-loved by our little one for the four months that he used pacifiers! Small pacis can get lost really easily, but with the attached stuffed animal - it makes it easy for babies and parents to find. And, the pacifier detaches from the lovie, which makes cleaning a breeze. (Quick note on pacifiers: There are many different types of pacifiers on the market, and sometimes, babies prefer one particular type over another. So-I suggest not buying more than one of each kind until you figure out which one your baby likes the best!)

Burp Cloth Set - Burp cloths are a must to have on hand for the first few months. When burping a newborn baby, occasionally there will be spit up involved - and there is nothing worse then having spit up on your clean clothes or hair. Before beginning to burp your baby, place a clean burp cloth over your shoulder to ensure you stay nice and clean. :) These ones from Lewis are made of organic muslin material, come in the sweetest colored prints, and are machine washable.

Silicone Bibs with Food Catcher - As a postpartum doula I have used a number of bibs when helping to feed my client's babies, and the silicone kind are by-far the most effective for catching dropped food and for keeping baby's clothes clean. After mealtime is over, the bib can easily be cleaned with a bit of soap and water and is ready to be used again immediately. The bib is also adjustable, so it can grow with your baby.

Boon Drying Rack - This drying rack has lived on my kitchen counter since the day our son was born and has been occupied by baby bottle pieces, small utensils, and sippy cup parts ever since. Initially, I thought having a separate drying rack for our son was not necessary. His stuff could just go on our family drying rack, right?! However, most baby products come with small parts that can easily become lost if not dried and stored properly, and having this drying rack as a designated space for all things baby has kept our family so organized!

Boon Bottle Cleaning Brush Set - Ok, HOW CUTE IS THIS BOTTLE CLEANING BRUSH SET?! This was not yet available when my son was born, so I am SO excited to add this to our countertop for our second baby! This set includes a bottle brush, a straw brush, a nipple brush, and a detail brush. Each of the brushes is made of nylon bristles so it is made to last, and the vase itself drains excess water for easy cleaning.

Organic Bamboo Baby Bowl, Divided Plate, and 5 Spoons - Once your baby is ready to start trying solids, you will need some feeding gear. I love this particular set because the bowls and plates feature a strong suction element to ensure that they remain on the table during feeding time. The silicone spoons are also perfect for baby's delicate gums.

Stokke Tripp Trapp High Chair - This high chair's price tag may seem surprising, however, if you are looking for a chair that will last year baby into the toddler years and beyond - this may be the right one for you. The Tripp Traps can be used once baby starts eating at the table with a 5-point-safety harness. Once they outgrow the baby set, the back and foot support can be adjusted and removed to accommodate your growing child.

Gear & Travel

Nuna Pipa Infant Car Seat - When it comes to carseats, I have always chosen the Nuna brand for a number of reasons - like the fact that they use a steel-reinforced stability leg that reduces force in the event of a front impact crash, has a five-point safety harness to keep our little ones in place, and utilizes flame resistant materials and side impact protection. The Pipa Infant seat comes with a removable headrest, harness cover, and crotch cover - all of which are machine washable in the event of spit ups or the inevitable blowouts. And, my personal favorite? The Pipa weighs only 8 pounds, which makes for easier transfers from the car to the stroller or home. (It is recommended that this car seat only be used for babies up to 32 pounds.)

Nuna Rava Car Seat - If you choose to forego using an infant car seat, the Nuna Rava can accommodate newborns rear-facing as small as 5 pounds, and grow with your forward-facing child until they are 65 pounds. The infant head and body inserts are removable, so it grows with baby. The Rava offers 2 additional inches of legroom for rear-facing children, and extra support for forward-facing riders. All of the materials are machine washable. This is the carseat my son is currently using as an almost four year old, and I plan to use it until he reaches the maximum weight limit of 65 pounds.

Ergo 360 All-Position Baby Carrier (for Newborn to Toddler) - Babywearing has been shown to have many benefits for both infants and the carrying parent. A good quality baby carrier can be SO helpful during those first few months, as it allows mom and baby to bond while simultaneously giving mom her hands and freedom back. I have used the Ergo 360 in my own home as well as with clients' babies, and feel it is one of the best and easiest to use on the market.

Babyzen YOYO2 Stroller - This stroller is lightweight, compact, and customizable as it grows with your child. It folds SO easily and is incredible for travel. You can purchase additional attachments for the stroller, like the bassinet, toddler board, car seat adapters, cup holder, or rain cover.

Babyzen YOYO2 Car Seat Adaptors - If you plan to use an infant car seat, I always recommend utilizing one that will adapt to your stroller system. The Babyzen YoYo stroller is compatible with a number of different carseats on the market, like: the Nuna infant car seats, the Maxi Cosi car seats, Cybex cars seats (excluding the Cybex Cloud Q, and the Clek Liing car seat. All you need in order to attach your car seat to your stroller is these adaptors!

Car Mirror - For the first few years of your baby's life, it is recommended that they are rear-facing when riding in the backseat of the car. Attaching a car mirror to a headrest in the backseat of your car will keep your baby in sight at all times, giving you peace of mind as you drive. The Shynerk brand is great because it is shatter-proof (and has been crash tested,) swivels easily for a 360 degree view, and fits most cars and trucks.

Toys & Learning

Lovevery Playgym - This is truly the holy grail of playmats for babies. As a lover of all things Montessori, I wanted to help foster my son’s development from infancy. I began to look for a play mat that would not only be stimulating, fun, and aesthetically pleasing, but educational as well. The Lovevery Play Gym includes a learn to focus section where your newborn can gaze at high contrast black and white images (pictured below!,) in mirrors, or photos of everyday objects. The Play Gym also features a making sounds section, an exploring colors section, a hiding and finding section, and a how things feel section. Best of all, the experts at Lovevery include a helpful booklet full of ideas on how to intentionally stimulate and play with your growing baby from month to month. The playgym was used by my son for the first year of his life, from tummy time, to crawling, to walking!

Lovevery Playkits - The Lovevery playkits complement the play gym perfectly. If you aren't aware, the Lovevery playkits are designed by child development experts and cater to your child's learning with play essentials that are tailored to their stage. The kits are delivered every 2-3 months, and come with suggestions on how parents can introduce each of the materials. The toys are built to last and made with sustainably harvested wood, organic cotton, nontoxic paint, and baby-safe plastics. The code LOVEANN30 can get you $30 off your first playkit! (The materials seen below are from "The Realist" kit for 19, 20, and 21 month olds.)

Cloth and Fold-Out Books - My son LOVED to be read to when he was a baby - the sound of my voice seemed to calm him and his eyes often widened when I showed him the pictures. In those early months, reading together teaches your baby about communication and increases the chances that parents will continue reading to baby as they continue to grow. Cloth books that are machine washable and board books that can be easily wiped are great for newborns to babies up to 1 year, because, let's be honest - babies love to put EVERYTHING in their mouths!

Nursery & Decor

Babyletto Lolly 3-in-1 Convertible Crib - If you want a good quality crib that will last your little one for at least the first 5 years of their life, the Babyletto Lolly is an awesome choice that won't break the bank. I love that it aesthetically pleasing for any nursery and transforms from a crib, to a toddler bed, to a daybed!

DOCKATOT - A baby lounger is a great investment - my son LOVED his Dockatot and always napped so well in it! (Loungers used for sleep require adult supervision and are NOT recommended for nighttime sleep, according to The American Academy of Pediatrics.) This lounger is perfect for daytime naps (while you are awake,) playtime, tummy time, and lounging. The DOCKATOT is machine-washable, lightweight, and compact - so it is a breeze to travel with!

Lewis Fitted Crib Sheets - My friend, Lizzy Ott, co-founded this beautiful Brooklyn-based brand called Lewis - and I am OBSESSED with all of their unique, whimsical prints. Having multiple crib sheets on hand is helpful for the first few years, as unexpected accidents and spills can happen! There's a saying that goes, "one to use, one to wash, one to spare..." I love the Lewis crib sheets and have them in the agave, alligator, and pods prints.

Crib Mattress Protector (Pack of 2) - My son is almost 4 and I still keep a mattress pad protector on his bed - because #beingprepared - am I right?! Fluids can EASILY seep into your baby's mattress and ruin it. A crib mattress protector will help prevent this from ever happening. The Safe and Sound brand is 100% waterproof, utilizes four layers of protection, and is machine washable and dryer friendly. I love that they come in a pack of 2, too - so you never have to worry about having a backup.

Nuna Sena Aire Travel Crib - Planning to travel with your baby? Bringing along a good quality pack and play will make that experience SO much smoother. The Sena Aire is well-known for its 360 degree ventilation and easy, one-handed folding mechanism. A mesh mattress, an organic cotton sheet, and a travel bag are included.

Hatch Baby Rest Sound Machine - Having a sound machine is a game-changer, from infancy to toddlerhood (we have literally utilized the Hatch every day for the last 3.5 years for our son!) This particular one by Hatch is especially great because it functions as a sound machine, a nightlight, and a time-to-rise sleep trainer all in one.

Tubby Todd All Over Ointment - I searched high and low for a clean, nontoxic brand that worked and actually did what it advertised it could do - and TT checked all of the boxes for me as a new mom. All of their products are gluten free, dairy free, certified animal cruelty free, use only natural fragrances derived from things like flower and fruit extracts, and are created in the US. After reading some of the 5* reviews about the All Over Ointment on their website, I knew I had to try it for my son's newborn baby acne. It was the ONLY cream that worked on his sensitive skin - and we still exclusively use TT products to this day. (Clicking the link I provided will get you 10% off your purchase, if you decide to try some!)

Clothing

Baby Footed Pajamas with Mitten Cuffs - Footie pajamas are typically the #1 choice among parents for their newborns because they ensure baby will stay warm all night long. If you can find footed pajamas with mitten cuffs - snag them! Having your newborn's hands protected during the first few months can prevent them from accidentally scratching their face - a common complaint among new moms and dads.

Love to Dream Swaddle - I know there may be some mixed opinions about swaddling out there, but I don’t think I would have gotten more than an hour of uninterrupted sleep at a time without it when my son was an infant. In the hospital, the nurses would swaddle him perfectly in a muslin blanket, and still to this day I have no idea how they got it to stay so well. I was so happy I had brought my velcro swaddle to the hospital with me, because I could not get him back in as well as they could. Yet, when it came to those middle of the night diaper changes, the velcro swaddle proved to be too loud. And, around a month old, my son started to refuse having his arms down by his side, so I knew it was time to start researching arms up swaddles. The Love to Dream swaddle mimics a baby’s natural positioning in the womb and enables them to self-sooth with their hands as they are so accustomed to doing. It also enables free movement of their hips and legs, which traditional swaddles inhibit. Love to Dream has created a newborn to toddler system, from swaddling at 0-3 months, transitioning from swaddling at 3-9 months, and sleeping independently between 9-24 months.

Honest Organic Cotton Short Sleeve Onesies (pack of 5) - Having about 10 onesies in each size (N, 0-3, 3-6, 6-9, and 9-12) will make your baby's first year of life a whole lot easier for you as a parent. Onesies with snaps are great because they allow for easy dressing, undressing, and diaper changes, and are machine-washable for those inevitable spit-ups and blowouts.

HARTS's Bootees - Forget the baby socks. Like, seriously. Baby socks fall off in the bassinet, while you are out and about in the stroller or carseat, and around the house. And if a baby sock falls off, good luck finding it! Can you tell I'm really not a fan of baby socks? 😂 However, baby feet DO need protection, no matter where you live. HART's Bootees are a great option for pre-walkers and walkers alike, because they slip on and stay on, are machine washable, and are equipped to handle both indoor and outdoor use. If you decide to get a pair, you can use the code DOULA10 for 10% off your order!

Bath & Potty

Skip Hop Baby Bath Rinse Cup - This clever, whale-shaped cup was designed to keep water out of your little one's eyes during bath time. I love the fact that it features a rubber lip that fits snuggly onto your baby's forehead, which prevents soap and water from getting into their eyes - (thus preventing bath time meltdowns!)

Skip Hop Bath Spout Cover - Too many times to count, my little guy would oftentimes bump his head or some other part of his body on the corner of the bathtub spout. This soft rubber whale conveniently fits on most bathtub spouts, and can be easily be stored and dried out of reach by hanging it upside down by its tail.

Tubby Todd Hair and Body Wash - This 2-in-1 hair and body wash uses plant-based ingredients to gently clean and moisturize your little one's hair and skin. It comes in two lovely flavors: fragrance-free and lavender/rosemary. (Clicking the link I provided will get you 10% off your purchase, if you decide to try some!)

Angelcare Baby Bath - This lightweight baby bath is suitable for newborn babies up to 6 months of age. I like this one in particular because the mesh material is gentle on baby's skin, allows for the water to drain easily, and makes cleanup a breeze. It can be used directly inside the bathtub and includes a loop at the top for convenient storage when it's not in use.

Burt's Bees Organic Cotton Hooded Towels, Pack of 2 - Using a hooded towel for baby keeps their head dry and warm after a bath, thus helping to regulate their body temperature quickly so they don't get cold. These hooded towels are made with 100% organic cotton and are machine washable.

Burt's Bees Organic Cotton Washcloths, Pack of 3 - These washcloths are made with 100% organic cotton, come in the cutest prints (as you would expect from any Burt's Bees products,) and are machine washable.

BOON Bath Toys - I have personally been eyeing these bath toys for my son for a long time now - I have seen them in action on various accounts I follow and they look SO fun! This pipe building set comes in 5 shapes that can be used individually or together to make a long chain.

Munchkin Step Diaper Pail - A diaper pail is a must-have for at least the first year of your baby's life. This one is voted #1 for keeping diaper smells at bay, as it keeps odors contained whether the lid is open or closed (something I cannot say about the Ubbi diaper pail.) Bonus: for every step diaper pail sold, Munchkin will plant a tree!

Munchkin Arm and Hammer Diaper Pail Refills - There's nothing worse than running out of diaper pail bags. These Arm and Hammer refills are made with 7 layer film and are lavender scented to keep those soiled diapers out of sight and out of your range of smell! I recommend keeping at least one of these packages on hand at all times.

Diaper Caddy - Diaper changes will inevitably become a normal part of your day with a newborn. However, WHERE they will need to occur are anything but predictable! Having a caddy that can move around your home with your and your baby will ensure you have everything you need for diaper changes at your fingertips. This one is large enough to hold a changing pad, diapers, wipes, a burp cloth, a pacifier - or whatever else you think you may need. The dividers are also removable, so it can grow with your baby to later become a toy, book, or art supply storage option.

Munckin Secure Grip Waterproof Changing Pad - This changing pad provides a comfortable landing spot to safely change baby's diapers. I love that it has a strap to keep baby secure during changes, and the grip strips on the bottom keep the pad in place on the changing table.

DYPER Bamboo Baby Diapers - I have come across SO many different diaper brands over the last few years, and the ones that check ALL of the boxes for me are the brand "DYPER." Conventional diaper brands oftentimes contain trace amounts of toxic chemicals, like chlorine, latex, alcohol, perfumes, parabens, sulphates, & phthalates. DYPER diapers are nontoxic, as they are made of 100% bamboo and are clinically tested by dermatologists, yet still possess those handy-dandy wetness indicators.

DYPER Bamboo Baby Wipes - Just like DYPER diapers, DYPER baby wipes are made of 100% bamboo, making them naturally hypoallergenic, unscented, absorbent, and soft on baby's delicate skin. They are made with 99% water, too!

Health & Safety

Braun No Touch Digital Forehead Thermometer - When my little one has been unexplainably fussy or sick, having a thermometer on hand has given me the much-needed reassurance and answers I have needed without having to go to a doctor. Braun makes checking his temperature a breeze, with its touch and no touch modes (meaning you can take your child’s temperature without waking them up, hallelujah!) Braun takes the guess work out of temperature taking with its simple guided system, large display, and color coded readings.

The Fridababy NoseFrida Nasal Aspirator - This little device was such a lifesaver during my son's first year of life. The name may throw you off, so let me explain. The aspirator basically has 3 parts - the mouthpiece, the tube, and the filter. Once the mouthpiece is in place, you place the tube against your child’s nostril to create a seal, and then - yep - you suck the mucus out! Since babies cannot physically blow their own noses, it’s up to us to help them out when they are congested, and this little device does the trick perfectly.

The Fridababy 3-in-1 Humidifier with Diffuser and Nightlight - Humidifiers release moisture into dry air. Utilizing a humidifier in your little one's bedroom can help prevent their skin from becoming too dry and can decrease nasal congestion by loosening mucus. Fridababy's Humidifier runs for up to 12 hours, can be adjusted to range from a gentle mist to a tropical rainforest with the twist of a knob, and automatically turns off when the tank is removed or the water runs out.

VTECH Audio Baby Monitor - It can be overwhelming trying to choose a baby monitor with all of the endless options available on the market today. For our family, the simpler the monitor - the better. This VTECH one eliminates background noises, has a 5-level sound indicator which allows you to visually monitor the noise level, has a built-in intercom on the parent unit which allows you to talk to your baby from another room, and has a range of 1,000 feet.

Grow with Me Training Toothbrush Set - Babies pop their first tooth at different times, but typically - you can expect to see your baby's first tooth sometime between 4-7 months. Introducing your baby to a training toothbrush even before their first tooth appears can help ease teething pains on their gums, and then once their first tooth "pops," it's important to start to brush it! (American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends it.👍🏼) This set comes with two toothbrushes - one for babies with triple-angle silicone bristles to gently massage gums, and one for toddlers with triple-angle bristles to clean all sides of teeth at once.

Nursing/Shopping Cart/Carseat Cover - Last but certainly not least, this nursing cover also doubles as a shopping cart AND carseat cover. Talk about multi-use! The stretchy, breathable material offers full privacy while nursing in public and alleviates any worry that your baby may kick or pull your cover off.

If this baby registry checklist was helpful for you, let me know! Would you add anything else to this list?
